What is an IRAM?
Improvised Rocket-Assisted Munition (IRAMs), sometimes called “flying IEDs,” are rocket-fired tanks filled with hundreds of pounds of explosives and shrapnel.
Why Were IRAMs So Deadly?
IRAMs were also called “lob bombs” because they were launched high into the air and onto a target. IRAMs were not designed to be accurate, but they were often very deadly. They could be launched over T-walls and HESCO barriers at short range, preventing interception by anti-rocket systems such as C-RAM.
IRAMs had a history of being used by Iranian-backed terrorist groups in Iraq and other conflict zones to defeat anti-mortar systems that were being used on American military bases, according to The New York Times.

You may qualify to seek compensation if you:

What is the Anti-Terrorism Fund?
The Anti-Terrorism Fund, also known as The U.S. Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Fund. Since 2015, the fund has paid out billions of dollars to more than 15,000 people who were injured or died in terrorist attacks, including 9/11 and other attacks.
Where Does The Money Come From?
Besides an initial $1 billion appropriation from Congress when the fund was created, the vast majority of the money has come from fines, penalties, and criminal and civil asset forfeitures involving state sponsors of terrorism, including Iran, North Korea, Cuba, and Syria (and previously also Libya, Iraq, and Sudan).
Much of the money has come from plea agreements and settlements between the U.S. and banks (such as BNP Paribas) for sanctions violations involving illegal financial transactions.
